Refund policy

As these are cosmetic and personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges of opened or used products are not accepted, in accordance with current regulations.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:

– Defective or damaged product
– Shipping error (incorrect product)
– Damage caused during transport

In these cases, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order, attaching photographs of the product.

If applicable, a replacement of the product or a refund will be offered, as the case may be.
